- Do you offer worldwide Shipping?
Sorry, at this time we only sell and ship to the USA.
- When will I receive my order?
Most orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days, however sometimes our couriers experience small delays that are out of our hands. In these rare scenarios, we really appreciate your patience.
- Can I track my order?
Yes orders can be tracked easily on the order confirmation page that you received via email (check your junk folder if you can't see it and move the email into your inbox).
- What do I do if I haven't received my order after the normal delivery time?

- What is the return policy?
We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy for items returned unworn and in their original condition. Please read our returns policy on our returns page.
- What do I do if I have received a defective order?
Please get in touch with us via the form on our contact page and we will be happy to replace the item.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Once an order has been placed it goes straight to our dispatch team, therefore changes cannot be made. The simplest way to resolve this is to re-order the correct items and return the incorrect order once it arrives. You can learn how to do this on our ‘Returns’ page here.
- How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
We work with local production partners across the globe meaning 95% of orders are produced and shipped where our customer is.
